In my view, most problems have many solutions. I cut through the noise to identify the main ways and share the best way I've found. For busy readers, every article starts with five key points to give you the gist and help you solve your problem fast.

I call it "Research+" because while you can find general research anywhere (if you have the time and patience), you won't find MY validated experience of the solution I found best anywhere else!

In an age of AI, misinformation, and overwhelming data, reliable personal experience is rare. I hope to earn your trust by telling it like it is.

My articles are designed to be evergreen, but since I personally use all the solutions I suggest, I continually monitor and update my recommendations based on my ongoing experience and new research. This means the advice here is always "ever-evergreen," adapting as new findings emerge and as my personal experience evolves.
