A deep dive into the latest research, and my personal experience, reversing cavities considering what dentists perhaps don't want to share about the least mechanically invasive treatment for ultimate dental care.
What an exceptional piece of research. I’m going to watch the video go out and get some crust advanced and some Listerine and read this again on my big screen.
It’s amazing that this came to me right now because we have been challenged by teeth issues for a while and one of my daughters has dental anxiety.
Thank you so much, too, Prajna. My daughter is a toddler and also challenged by dental cavities and she had the fluoride varnish I mention in the article from our dentist. It is just painted on very delicately over the tooth.

The dentist also gave us a special toothpaste for her, (3+) which I didn't mention, but it is called, "Little Kids' smiles" https://www.colgate.com/en-gb/colgate-kids?utm_source=QRcode&utm_medium=Pack&utm_campaign=ColgateKids&utm_content=02
It contains Sodium Monofluorophosate (1450ppm) which I explain in the article is the recommended fluoride amount.
I hope this helps.
Thanks, Prajna, for being my first ever commenter! You will never be forgotten.
Kind regards
Mark
